DO YOU SELL TO THE TRADE AND DO YOU OFFER TRADE DISCOUNTS?

Yes we sell to the trade and offer discounts with proof of a valid resale certificate.  We also offer quantity discounts as well as wholesale and distributer pricing to exclusive partners.  Please inquire for specifics.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM SIZES AND COLORS?

We are open to this idea and most of our collections can be customized.  But before you get too excited, there are a few limitations to consider. So please contact us to discuss your options.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM WORK FOR ARTISTS, DESIGNERS AND ARCHITECTS?

Ubetcha!!  Please let us know what you are thinking so we can start a conversation about getting you what you want.  

DO YOU HAVE ANY ITEMS IN STOCK?

Probably not. But anything is possible.  So please don't hesitate to ask.  

DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES?

We do not stock small finish sample of glass. Upon request we can sometimes ship full samples. Depending on availability of course.  

CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE WIRED FOR 220v-240v ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS LIKE THEY HAVE IN THE REST OF THE WORLD?

Yes indeed! Please just specify what the electrical requirements are for in the location you intend to install our lights. Look how easy that was!!

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?

To initiate orders over $1000 we require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Orders under $1000 are to be payed in full prior to production. Balances are due on all orders prior to shipment.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Checks, ACH, and International Wire Transfers. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns and all deposits are non-refundable.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE  FOR US TO GET OUR  ORDER?

You should receive your order 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your deposit. Why? Because we made your lights just for YOU, one by one, by hand, in    Brooklyn Ny.  

HOW DO YOU SHIP GLASS WITHOUT BREAKING IT?

No need to worry!! We have been packing and shipping glass all over the world for many many years. If it breaks it’s UPS’s fault and we insure every order for full value.
